Cerebral arteriovenous malformation with subdural hemorrhage

Small arteriovenous malformation (0.95 x 0.85 x 1 cm) in the medial aspect of the right occipital lobe. The feeding artery of the AVM comes from the right posterior cerebral artery (P4) and the draining vessel goes to the right sigmoid sinus region.
Subdural hematoma along the interhemispheric fissure, along the convexity of right cerebral hemisphere and tentorium cerebelli.
