Cerebral cavernous venous malformations

There are multiple supratentorial lesions (at least 5), ranging from 5 to 20 mm of heterogeneous signal intensity on both T1WI, and T2WI with central areas of high signal and peripheral drop-out (hemosiderin) well-visualized on gradient echo. The lesion located in the left temporal region shows a mulberry-like appearance with moderate heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. No peripheral edema is seen.

Features are characteristic of cerebral cavernous venous malformations, commonly known as cavernous hemangioma or cavernoma.
