Large left posterior paracentral and lateral recess disc extrusion at C5/6 level resulting in indentation of thecal sac and stenosis of the corresponding left neural foramina.
Straightening of the cervical spine with loss of physiologic lordosis representing paraspinal muscle stiffness.
Case Discussion
The images present a typical case of lateral recess disc herniation which is not uncommon for the patient's age.
