Unilateral C6 facet fracture. No malalignment.

In addition to the C6 facet fracture seen on CT, there is disruption of the anterior disc annulus and anterior longitudinal ligament at C5-6 without disc space widening and along trace pre-vertebral fluid. The posterior longitudinal ligament and posterior ligamentous complex are intact. C2 to C5 interspinous and paravertebral edema.
