Loss of the normal cervical lordosis.
C5-C6 disc spacer device (site of prior discectomy).
Minor C4-C5 and C6-C7 degenerative change.
Case Discussion
Spacer devices are often place either in isolation or along with anterior fixation following cervical disc surgery.
The appearances are varied with the spacer occupying the site of the native cervical disc.
