Extensive bridging osteophytes anteriorly as well as extensive ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. The facet joints and spinous processes do not appear ankylosed.
A fracture through the C5/6 disc level is present, which has been fused with posterior rods held in place with lateral mass / transpedicular screws.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates features of both DISH and OPLL, a well recognized association.
