Alteration of size, structure and density of the tarsal bone structures compatible with a diabetic neuropathy. Increased soft tissue volume, with small ulcer plantar region, no collections are shown between the soft tissues.

Neuropathic joint which affects the intertarsal joints leading to joint disorganization, dislocation and destruction.
