Chiari 1 malformation, syrinx and scoliosis

Asymmetric abdominal reflexes.

A pronounced flipped C-shaped levoscoliosis is present, centered in the thoracic spine. 

MRI demonstrates a Chiari 1 malformation, with associated extensive syrinx and levoscoliosis (note that the scoliosis is C-shaped, rather than S-shaped).
