Presentation

Referred by ophtalmologist for visual disturbances to rule out intracranial mass lesions. History otherwise uneventful. No previous surgery.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Small posterior fossa, defects of the septum pellucidum and corpus callosum, dysplasia of the skull vault.
