Choanal atresia

Axial CT scan at the level of nasal cavity revealed bony narrowing of right posterior nasal cavity with a posterior membrane, consistent with right choanal atresia.
Mild enlarged left nasal cavity.
Case Discussion
Choanal atresia can be unilateral or bilateral and may be secondary to bony or membranous obstruction.
