Presentation

RUQ pain and jaundice.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Dilatation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary ducts is seen (common bile duct 15 mm).

Multiple filling defects (stones) are seen within the common hepatic and common bile ducts.

The gallbladder is filled with multiple gallstones.

The left kidney is not seen.

Renal cortical cysts are seen on the right side.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis with choledocholithiasis and biliary duct dilatation.
