Right tibia proximal epiphyseal medial condyle subchondral lytic lesion is seen having narrow zone of transition.

The lesion is subchondral, lytic, having geographic appearance, narrow transitional zone and surrounding sclerosis. The lesion measures 2.2 X 1.5 X 1.4 cm in orthogonal dimensions.

The lesion elicits low T1 and high T2 / PD FS / STIR signals with a thin sclerotic rim and surrounding marrow edema.
Case Discussion
The patient's age and the lesion's radiological data are suggestive of chondroblastoma.
