Swelling of the left shoulder

Shoulder mass with destruction of the scapula, the image is hyperintense on T2 images and iso-to hypointense compared to muscle on T1, showing peripheral enhancement post-contrast.

Soft tissue mass, with calcifications, and causing erosions on the scapula.

The patient underwent surgery, and the pathology of the whole specimen came back as chondrosarcoma grade 2.
