Presentation

Epilepsy.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Prominent bilateral choroid lesions demonstrating high signal on DWI, and on T2 weighted imaging, and low signal on T1 images. There are characteristic of choroid plexus xanthogranulomas.
