Small thin-walled cyst in left choroidal fissure that follows CSF signal on all sequences.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with choroidal fissure cyst which is a benign intracranial cyst occurring at the level of choroidal fissure. They frequently represent either an arachnoid cyst, neuroglial cyst or a neuroepithelial cyst . They are therefore a location-based diagnosis rather than a distinct pathological entity.
