Christmas tree appearance - neurogenic bladder

Tree-shaped urinary bladder with wall hypertrophy which causes an irregular outline. Features compatible with Christmas tree appearance of neurogenic bladder.
Case Discussion
A Christmas tree bladder or pine cone bladder is a cystographic appearance which is usually seen in severe neurogenic bladder with increased sphincter tone. It's not pathognomonic and may also be seen in bladder neck obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes.
