Bilateral severe hypoplastic deformity of the acetabuli, with superior displacement and pseudo-articulation of the femoral heads with the ilii, accompanied by deformity and advanced degenerative changes of the bilateral femoral heads.

This case demonstrates the appearance of longstanding untreated developmental dysplasia of the hips.
