Longstanding bilateral hip pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral severe hypoplastic deformity of the acetabuli, with superior displacement and pseudo-articulation of the femoral heads with the ilii, accompanied by deformity and advanced degenerative changes of the bilateral femoral heads.
