Presentation

Left hip pain and abnormal gait since childhood.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is dislocation of the left hip joint with pseudoarticulation of the proximal left femur with the ilium. The proximal left femur is deformed, and the left acetabulum is dysplastic as demonstrated by a shallow cup with a vertically oriented roof.
