Both hips are enlocated. There is 30-40% lateral uncovering of the femoral heads bilaterally. Bilateral coxa valga.

Bilateral proximal femoral osteotomies have been performed with insertion of blade plates and screws. There is now marked improvement in coverage of both femoral heads which now are completely covered and enlocated.

Both hips are enlocated and well covered. The appearance of both femoral necks are consistent with the previous location of blade plates
