Presentation

Headache, posterior discharges, sinusitis resistant to treatment.

There are mucosal inflammatory changes of both maxillary antra with sclerotic bone thickening and irregular borders of the inner walls .

Case Discussion

Given the clinical presentation, the CT appearances are most suggestive of chronic sinusitis.
