Gender: Male

COPD with the predominant radiological features of emphysema than chronic bronchitis.

Hyperinflated lungs (>10 ribs posteriorly), flattened diagphram, hyperlucency through lung fields bilaterally, narrow mediastinum.

A radio-opacity also visible in the right lower zone, right hemidiagphram is not silhouetted out.
