Sclerosis, cortical thickening, and irregularity of the distal humeral diaphysis and metadiaphysis. Defect along the lateral distal metadiaphyseal cortex with thickened bone surrounding a tubular bone fragment (sequestrum). The location of the defect corresponds to a soft tissue defect reflecting the sinus tract extending to the skin surface laterally.
