The very distal aspect of the clavicle is fractured. The fracture appears comminuted, and involves the acromioclavicular joint. The coracoclavicular distance is somewhat widened. 

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates a relatively uncommon clavicular fracture, namely one involving the very lateral aspect.
