Old un-united fractures mild displacement of the spinous process of C6 vertebra consistent with a probable prior clay shoveler's fracture.

Typical appearance of Clay-shoveler fracture in a young man. Often these injuries are unrecognised at the time and only found incidentally years later when the cervical spine is imaged for other reasons.
