Routine second trimester morphology ultrasound. Low risk first trimester screening.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

There is a left-sided cleft lip and palate with an 8-9 mm defect in the palate. The medial end of the cleft appears as a prominent lump.
