Hypertension, bicuspid aortic valve antecedent

Patient Data

Age: 3
Gender: Male

Chest x-ray demonstrates slight indentation of aorta (Figure 3 sign).


CTA Aorta

The CTA confirms the presence of decreased caliber of the aorta in the isthmus at the arrival of the remaining segment of the ductus arteriosus. Opacification of the ductus arteriosus is observed in its entire length from its origin from the aorta.
