Lateral view reveals an oblique radiolucency with anterior displacement of S5 and 1st coccygeal segment suggestive of a fracture.
Case Discussion
Coccyx fracture is rarely diagnosed on pelvic x-rays and the treatment of coccyx fracture is usually conservative.
