Severe pelvic pain and inability to sitting following the history of fall onto buttocks.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray lateral view reveals a minimally displaced fracture along with the first coccygeal segment.

Case Discussion

Coccyx fracture is rarely diagnosed on pelvic x-rays and the treatment of coccyx fracture is usually conservative.
