Cocoon abdomen with possible tubo-ovarian abscess

On CT there is evidence of an encapsulated fluid causing subacute bowel obstruction. The transition is seen at proximal ileal level. No abrupt transition seen. There is also evidence of a thick walled right adnexal lesion; right ovary not seen separately.
Case Discussion
A young female presents with acute abdominal wall pain. Initial USG reveals free fluid. Patient was further advised contrast enhanced CT with oral contrast.
