60 year old female with history of ca left colon with involvement of the left ureter and with liver mets who under went left hemicolectomy and left total nephrectomy 1 month prior to this scan.
The patient developed wound infection and had 3 days of fever for which this CT scan was obtained and which showed left pleural empyema.
