Intrauterine irregular shape mass is seen heterogeneously iso-to-hyperechoic with echogenic foci and few cysts seen in the lower uterine part of the lesion, the lesion causes minimal posterior enhancement, with ill-definition of the endometrium-myometrium transitional zone. Markedly increased vascularity was observed. Intrauterine fluid was also seen.
