Partially calcified mediastinal and hilar adenopathy.
Bilateral perihilar mass-like consolidations with areas of swirling, volume loss with retraction of the pleura, architectural distortion, mild bronchiectasis, nodularity, and ground glass attenuation.
Case Discussion
Young patient with advanced lung disease due to complicated silicosis from coal mining. Progressive massive fibrosis reflects complicated silicosis, and results in conglomeration of nodules and fibrosis into large perihilar masses.
