Congenital AML testicular relapse

Both testes are located within the scrotum. The right testes measures 2.1 cm with an estimated volume of 1.8 cc while the left testes measures 2.6 cm with an estimated volume of 2.6 cc. Both testes are enlarged and heterogenous with patchy irregular hypoechoic areas which demonstrate increased doppler flow.
