Presentation

Known vascular malformation of the ulnar fingers and middle hand since childhood. The lesion had become more prominent and painful recently. History of DIP V exarticulation several years ago.

Fast flow truncular arteriovenous malformation with multiple shunts at the 4th and 5th fingers.
