Moderate pain and swelling of the right lower leg. Vascular malformation first detected by color-coded duplex sonography.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Nidus of multiple av shunts in the distal lower leg with precocious venous enhancement and venous pooling.
