There are multiple gas-filled distended bowel loops in left hemithorax resulting in non-visualization of left hemidiaphragmatic outline and mild mediastinal shift to the right. Opacity within the left hemithorax represents likely left lung collapse. Endotracheal and endogastric tubes in situ.
