Gender: Male

Left upper lobe hyperinflation and increased translucency deviating the mediastinal structures to the right, in keeping with congenital lobar hyperinflation. 

Overinflation of the left upper lobe, with mediastinal shift towards right side.

Features are consistent with congenital lobar overinflation, previously called congenital lobar emphysema
