Presentation

Respiratory distress and recurrent infection.

Patient Data

Age: 2 months
Gender: Male

There is subtle increased lucency in the medial portion of the right lower lobe.

In the medial portion of the right lower lobe there is a multicystic pulmonary malformation.  No associated fluid collection, consolidation or collapse.  No pleural effusion.
