The chest is unremarkable.

The clavicles bilaterally have an exostotic projection along their inferior surface which makes a joint with the coracoid process.

Case Discussion

The coracoclavicular joint is a rare (<1%) normal variant which is easy to miss in this case as it is bilateral.
