Gender: Male
Barium

Primary esophageal contraction interrupted by multiple tertiary (non-propulsive contractions), giving rise to corkscrew esophagus. 

Case Discussion

Barium swallow demonstrates incoordinated peristalsis with simultaneous contration of the esophagus at multiple points (so-called corkscrew esophagus).
