Presentation

Patient underwent CABG for three-vessel disease two years back. Coronary angiography done to check graft patency

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Patient underwent CABG for three vessel disease. Bypass grafts were assessed for graft patency.

Three bypass grafts can be seen which are patent

1. Left coronary saphenous graft - proximal end in aorta and distal end in left oblique marginal artery.

2. Right coronary saphenous graft - proximal end in aorta and distal end in right coronary artery.

3. Left internal mammary graft - left internal mammary artery joining the left anterior descending artery.
