Jerk to elbow during gym activity - a few weeks back. Complaining of elbow pain. A radiograph of the elbow was not done. Referred for an ultrasound

There is a cortical breach involving the coronoid process of ulna in the symptomatic elbow.
A comparison was done with the asymptomatic side, which shows no breach in the cortex of the coronoid process of the ulna.
