Multifocal patchy opacities in bilateral lungs peripheries.

There are multifocal, confluent, bilateral and peripheral, ground glass opacities combined with septal thickening (crazy paving pattern) in both lungs.
Minimal bilateral pleural effusion. No supracentimetric mediastinal lymph nodes.

In appropriate acute clinical setting; the imaging features are very likely for COVID-19 pneumonia.
