Axial CT shows multilobar ground-glass opacities with peripheral and mid to basal lobe predominance. Airspace consolidation in the left lower lobe.
No significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
Incidental pleural nodular calcific plaques.
Previous coronary bypass surgery.
