Initial skull radiographs were performed due to a complaint of right maxillary tenderness and demonstrate asymmetric with increased density on the right.

Case Discussion
Craniofacial fibrous dysplasia is a subtype of fibrous dysplasia which involves exclusively the bones of the facial skeleton and skull. This patient was asymptomatic, and diagnosis was made incidentally following presentation with trauma.
