Findings was changed:

There is a long segment of moderate diffuse mural thickening (1-2 cms) with enhancement involvesinvolving the terminal ileum with prominent mesenteric edemaoedema and vasculature giving the ( comb sign ).

There is evidence of multiple enhanced small collections in the mesentery adjacent to the inflamed bowel loop with air and fluid contents, consistent with abscesses.
