At 30 and 90 minute images, two distinct pyelograms can be seen on the right side.

The opacified ureter from the upper renal pelvis inserts in the ipsilateral side of the bladder.

The opacified ureter from the lower renal pelvis crosses the midline and inserts into the urinary bladder on the left side.

Single nephrogram with two distinct pyelograms in the right side, and orthotopic insertion of the left ureter. The features are consistent with crossed fused renal ectopia.
