Chronic breath shortness and cough

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Alveolar ground-glass opacities with a predominantly peripheral and peribronchial distribution are seen particularly at middle and lower zones of both lungs. 

Case Discussion

The findings in a 50 Y/O patient with chronic cough and breath shortness are compatible with cryptogenic organizing pneumonia (COP).
