The curvature of inferior endplates of L3, L4 and L5 vertebrae and superior endplate of S1 vertebra representing Cupid's bow sign.
Case Discussion
Cupid's bow sign is a normal variant and needs not to be mistaken with pathologic processes.
The features were initially described in x-ray and then in CT, but MRI can also well delineate the endplate changes.
