Cystic bronchiectasis with diffuse thick walls and containing air-fluid levels, suggestive of current acute infection. Peribronchial and septal thickening is seen. Mosaic attenuation due to small airway disease is evident.

Case Discussion

Female patient with known cystic fibrosis (CF). The sputum culture was positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the most common infective agent in cystic fibrosis.
